Our Mission and Purpose

Mission

 Founded on April 12, 2023, in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, the Brotherhood was established by men sharing a common heritage—primarily those born before 1973—who are committed to building a legacy of leadership. Members are expected to be reflective, empathetic, and dedicated to service, respect, and brotherly love as well as to recognize the essential human needs within our communities.

Purpose

The purpose of the Brotherhood is to combine our unique gifts and talents in the pursuit of equality, successful living, and justice by:

• Mentoring: Serving as mentors to young male adults raised in environments that may limit opportunities for growth and success.

• Community Engagement: Identifying and undertaking civic projects and collective activities that promote unity and better the communities in which we reside.

• Heritage and Legacy: Bridging our past and our future by sharing our life histories and the experiences of those who have overcome adversity.

• Future Building: Promoting a society where all men, regardless of descent, are recognized as essential contributors to a prosperous and peaceful community.

• Empowerment: Equipping the next generation to live creatively and constructively in peace and prosperity.

As Elders of our generation, our aspiration is to create a space where men who embrace our unified vision and common destiny can gather. In this space, individual differences are set aside in service to the greater good and the will of our Creator, allowing the collective spirit to serve as a beacon for the future of our emerging society.
